Produced from carefully selected pork fat and meat, mixed with 25% local chillies and extra virgin olive oil. The jarred nduja is usually milder than fresh alternatives, which are preserved in natural casing, as it has a looser consistency and contains olive oil.
This ready-to-serve nduja is perfect for spreading on grilled bread, in a sandwich, or on pizza, and it can add incredible flavour to pasta sauces, vegetables, and cooked beans.
