Dirupo Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Brut 37.5cl ANDREOLA

A Valdobbiadene DOCG made from grapes grown on a selection of Andreola’s steepest vineyards, on plots with an affinity for viticulture, being well exposed and differentiated by their contours, layers of soil and mineral content. These are historic soils, representing the territory and the heroic nature of winegrowing that models the contours and embroiders the steeply sloping hillsides, ensuring the quality of a literally ‘hand-made’ wine. Clear straw yellow, the perlage is fine, copious and lingering and the froth is creamy. The nose evokes spring blooms such as hawthorn and acacia blossoms, delicate citrus fruit and a hint of quality spices. Generous and caressing on the lips, in the mouth energetic, but delicate and rounded.
