Pinot Nero Alto Adige Riserva D.O.C. ‘Maso Reiner’ 75cl (2021) KETTMEIR

This red wine is vinified with maceration on the skins, starting at cool temperatures to allow for the extraction of the typical colour and stabilisation of tannins. The fermentation temperature gradually increases, reaching 25º-27°C by the end. The wine then matures in 30hl oak casks for 12-15 months. It has a ruby red colour and a fine, typically varietal nose with scents of wild berry fruits and cherry, along with hints of vanilla and tobacco. Its flavour is dry yet rounded, with a long and delicately spicy aftertaste.
