Pinot Grigio Rivoli Terra Dei Forti D.O.C. 75cl (2023) AZIENDA AGRICOLA ROENO

The Rivoli area has proved to be very suited for maximum expression of Pinot Grigio - so much so that Roeno regard this as a 'cru'. Only specially selected grape parcels are selected for the production of this wine, of which 80% moves to stainless steel vats and the remaining 20% to French oak tonneaux for fermentation. Finally, the wine moves to thermally condition stainless steel vats for 10 months ageing before it rests in the bottle for another 4 months. The result is a wine of straw-yellow colour, with an intense perfume of lemon zest, pear, and white peach. In the mouth, it is pleasantly fresh, rich in facets, and with great persistence thanks to the long ageing and quality parcel selection.
