Named after the Swiss vine researcher Hermann Müller who came from Thurgau, this hybrid crossing of Riesling and Madeleine Royale has achieved worldwide success producing especially lively, aromatic white wines. This white from Kettmeir has a pale straw-yellow colour and an intense, reasonably aromatic nose showing notes of nutmeg, nettle and white peach. The palate is fresh, full and lengthy, making this wine best served as an aperitif or with seafood risotto, grilled fish or fried dishes.
