Made from 100% Nuragus grapes grown in the Acquasassa estate on the southern slopes of Serdiana, this wine captures the freshness of Sardinia’s Mediterranean terroir. The 15-year-old vines are cultivated on clay-limestone soils and hand-harvested in late September. After soft pressing and natural cold decanting, fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the varietal character. A short ageing on fine lees adds texture and complexity.

Straw yellow with a fragrant nose of aromatic herbs. The palate is soft yet rich in flavour. A perfect match for Sardinian pasta dishes, semi-cured cheeses, sea bass with Vernaccia, or traditional capon with potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
