Chianti has always been the star of all Tuscan wines - made from an exclusive selection of grapes and aged in barrique, it is the perfect expression of the lands in which the vines are grown. Clear ruby red with light garnet reflections, and a vinous bouquet with hints of vanilla and toast, slightly woody and spicy balsamic notes which enhance with age. The taste is dry, fruity and slightly tannic, with a well-structured body and of good balance and harmony. Best served with roasts, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
