‘Tera Alta’ Pinot Grigio Valdadige D.O.C. 1.5lt (2024) AZIENDA AGRICOLA ROENO

Pinot Grigio grown in the territory of Valdadige Terradeiforti has found a perfect microclimate, producing wine of full flavour and mature aroma. This 'Tera Alta' is made from hand harvested grapes after which 70% of the fermented wine remains in contact with the lees for at least 6 months and the remaining 30% undergoes malolactic fermentation while aged in barrels. The result is an elegant and velvety wine, with well-balanced acidity and tropical fruitiness. Intense and persistent on the nose, with soft pear and clearly recognisable tropical notes. The perfect accompaniment to appetizers or seafood courses. Full & mature, elegant, velvety, well-balanced and fruity. On the nose it is persistent, with soft pear and tropical fruit notes.
