Sauvignon Veneto I.G.T. 75cl (2024) TORRESELLA

Torresella Sauvignon Veneto IGT is crafted from grapes grown on the plains of the Veneto region, in clayey, riverine alluvial soils. The grapes undergo soft pressing immediately upon arrival at the winery. The must is cooled to 10°C to naturally clarify before fermentation is initiated with selected yeasts and maintained at 16-18°C. This dry white wine displays a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. It boasts an herbaceous fragrance reminiscent of elderflowers, underpinned by mellow fruit and a refreshing acidity. Ideal pairings include appetisers, fish dishes with sauces, and vegetable risottos. Serve at 10-12°C in a medium-sized, tulip-shaped glass for optimal enjoyment. With an alcohol level of 12.5%, this wine has an ageing potential of 2-3 years, ensuring its freshness and appeal.
