Fresh Pecorino matured 15/30 days made with pasteurised sheep’s milk, suitable for vegetarians due to vegetable rennet and lactose-free for high digestibility. Tender texture with slightly eyed paste and sweet, delicate flavour with subtle acidity. Soft rind treated with tomato paste for anti-mould protection, vibrant red hue.
Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, vegetable rennet (from cynara cardunculus), cheese cultures. Treated on surface with tomato concentrate and preservatives: E235, E202. Lactose <0.01%.
The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
