‘Tera Alta’ Pinot Grigio Valdadige D.O.C. 75cl (2025) AZIENDA AGRICOLA ROENO

Pinot Grigio from the Valdadige Terradeiforti region benefits from an ideal microclimate, producing wines of rich flavour and mature aroma. This ‘Tera Alta’ is made from hand-harvested grapes. Seventy per cent of the fermented wine remains in contact with the lees for at least six months, while the remaining 30% undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in barrels. The result is an elegant, velvety wine with well-balanced acidity and tropical fruit notes. On the nose, it is intense and persistent, revealing soft pear and distinctly tropical aromas. A perfect accompaniment to appetizers or seafood dishes.
