Olive Taggiasche Denocciolate 950g OLIO SALVO

This small, Italian olive is sweet and mild with a distinct deep red coloring, and has very little flesh between the skin and the pit. The Taggiasca olive is grown in the province of Liguria, where it grows on the rocky mountain slopes of the Italian Riviera. They are mostly used for producing oil, having 23-26% oil content and yielding a pale green oil which mellows and settles into a straw yellow colour. When the olives are made into table olives, they are left to ripen turning them darker in colour and stored in brine.
