Oliveti d'Italia is a consortium of farmers, cooperatives, millers, associations of producers and companies, inspired by the desire to spread knowledge and promote the consumption of real quality Italian extra virgin olive oils. It is the largest olive grove in Italy totalling 13,000ha in the most important production areas across Italy with a large network of expert field technicians, millers and researchers. This organic 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil has an intense fruity aroma with hints of artichoke and grass and is softly bitter with medium intensity in the mouth leading to a fruity and herbaceous aftertaste.
