This wine is made from 100% Monica grapes sourced from the Audarya estate in Serdiana, where 20-year-old vines thrive in clay-limestone soils at 200 metres above sea level. The grapes are hand-harvested in small baskets and undergo cold maceration before a gentle fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 23°C. A short ageing period on fine lees ensures natural stabilisation and preserves varietal purity.

Intense ruby with typical varietal undertones. The nose is fragrant, enhancing the grape’s natural aromas. Fresh and pleasantly soft on the palate, with good balance. Ideal with tuna steak, lamb stew, grouper pasta, or goat cheese cream.
