The tear-drop method and fermentation in casks produce a traditional Chiaretto with remarkable character and longevity (8-10 years). Bottled after two years of ageing, it presents a light pink hue with peach highlights, well-rounded with sweet white blooms, a hint of red fruit, and subtle vanilla notes. It boasts an enveloping and complex structure with a lasting aftertaste of bitter almonds, crisp freshness, excellent taste, and extraordinary persistence.
