‘Lunevo’ Passito I.G.P. 50cl (2022) LE VIGNE DI SAMMARCO

The vineyards are situated in Cellino San Marco (BR), where the harvest takes place with the cutting of the shoot in the second half of September. The vinification process involves drying the grapes for approximately 40 days on the plant, followed by a slow fermentation process. Intense golden colour on the nose notes of candied citrus fruits, yellow fruits and honey, that resurface upon tasting. Soft on the palate, it has a full and decisive body with the right balance of alcohol, acidity, and sweetness. Elegant and pleasantly long finish. It goes well with small pastries with dried and/or candied fruit, spicy desserts, fig or onion jams, fresh and matured blue cheeses.
