Produced by the highly-respected family-run wine producer Le Vigne di Sammarco, in the Cellino San Marco Salento
IGP area (near Bari). A Negroamaro IGP of excellent quality – ruby red in colour with purple hues and a pleasant bouquet of cherries and cloves followed by a violet aroma. On the palate it is smooth with balanced tannins, fresh and persistent, defining a strong personality and structure typical of the Negroamaro. Recommended with rabbit stews and duck breast dishes. Also ideal with lentils and sausages and courgettes parmigiana. Serving temperature:16°C.
