Chinotto – the fizzy soft drink beloved by Italians – finds a new expression of flavour in the Baladin version. Its intense citrus aroma, with sweet, almost candied notes, immediately evokes the Ligurian coast, where the Chinotto of Savona (Citrus myrtifolia), a rare, small bitter citrus and a variation of the bitter orange, is grown and used to flavour this premium drink.
