It boasts a pale pink hue with peach reflections and persistent bubbles, offering fruity aromas of raspberry and sweet spices, balanced by yeasty notes. Ideal with seafood, particularly salmon, prawns, and shrimp, as well as elaborate seafood dishes and spicy Far Eastern cuisine.
