Langhe Rosso D.O.C. 75cl (2022) DEMARIE

The Langhe Rosso can be produced in purity or in assembly of vines grown in the production area. The colour is brilliant ruby that tends to become garnet with age. The bouquet is persistent and intense with hints of vanilla, sweet spices, liquorice and blueberry and blackberry aromas. The flavour is full-bodied and enveloping, its slightly acid flavour does not upset the balance. Dry, warm, persistent and of great structure. A wine that can be served throughout the meal, very good with first courses, grilled or baked red meat, and soft, medium-to-very mature cheese. The result is a wine that easily combines with everyday meals, with a good structure.
