Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it delivers a fresh and structured profile that fully satisfies the senses. Vinification involves maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, using selected yeasts. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks before bottling, preserving its vibrant character. In the glass, it displays a ruby red colour, with a bouquet that combines fruity and floral notes. On the palate, the wine presents structure and softness, with velvety tannins that lead to a rounded and savoury finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it is best served at 18-20°C and pairs wonderfully with red meats, savoury pasta dishes, and charcuterie, making it a versatile choice for various culinary experiences.
