Chardonnay D.O.C. ‘Maso Reiner’ 75cl (2023) KETTMEIR

Produced on the medium-high hillsides of Maso Reiner in the hamlet of Pochi di Salorno, situated at 350 to 400 meters above sea level. The soil, of calcareous origin, contains a substantial amount of clay, abundant rock, and a relatively high organic content. Its pale straw-yellow colour introduces intense fruity scents of banana and pineapple, alongside notes of honey and vanilla. The flavour is full-bodied and persistent, with a crisp acidity and a delicately spicy aftertaste that maintains a well-balanced profile. This wine pairs excellently with first courses featuring white meat sauces, grilled fish, shellfish in sauce, and savoury cheeses.
