One of Italy's most prestigious and continuously awarded rosé wines, produced entirely from local red grape varietals. Each grape is individually pressed, with 50% fermenting and aging in small oak barrels for at least 6 months. The colour is a perfectly pale candy pink, typical of a delicate wine, and the nose is inviting and ample with hints of mayflower, black cherry, and pomegranate. Silky and balanced yet broad and rich, with excellent persistence and flavour, leaving a light aftertaste of bitter almond. This wine combines the character of a red wine with the freshness of a white; it pairs well with any dish, from vegetables to soups, meat, or fish, whether rich or spicy. Rosamara even has an ageing potential of up to 4 years!
