This ensures a delicate, fragrant, and highly digestible product. The slow cooking process and light seasoning with fresh garlic enhance its inviting aroma and unique taste. Hand-tied in the traditional ox bladder casing—used since the Middle Ages—this method imparts a distinctive fragrance and flavour during cooking, preserving its rich aroma. La Santo contains no gluten, milk derivatives, glutamate, or added polyphosphates and is made with only natural flavours. Normal casing.
